Follow your RespWave shipment using the secure order link or package tracking link in your confirmation email.
Find your shipment updates
- Open your RespWave confirmation email. Search your inbox for “RespWave” and check your spam or junk folder. Use the inbox for the email address you entered at checkout.
- Open the order or tracking link. In your order confirmation, select “View your order.” In your shipping confirmation, use the order link or the tracking number provided for your package.
- Follow the verification prompts, if shown. For your privacy, you may need to verify the email address or phone number used at checkout before viewing order details.
Where to find your order number and email
Your order number appears in your RespWave order confirmation email. Copy it exactly as shown. Your checkout email is the address where you received that confirmation; it may be different from another email address you normally use.
Your order number identifies your purchase. A tracking number identifies a shipment, so these numbers are not interchangeable.
Use the link for your package
Follow the tracking link supplied in your shipping confirmation or order status page. This uses the tracking information recorded for your shipment, including links supplied by our fulfillment partners. If your order has more than one shipment, check each package’s tracking link separately.
Tracking updates may not appear until the carrier scans your package. If the link opens a carrier’s tracking page rather than your shipment details, enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.

Email RespWave Customer Support or contact us. Include your order number, if available, and the email address used at checkout so we can help locate your order.
For your privacy, do not send passwords, payment card details, or your private order-status link. This public page does not display customer orders or collect order details.
