Return & Refund Policy

RespWave is committed to providing quality CPAP supplies and accessories while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. General Return Policy

RespWave accepts returns on new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery, provided an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is obtained prior to returning any item.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Mask cushions, nasal pillows, and liners
  • Mask headgear, frames, clips, connectors, elbows, and forehead supports
  • CPAP tubing (standard, heated, slim, short, or specialty tubing)
  • CPAP filters (disposable, reusable, travel, or anti-bacterial)
  • Water chambers and machine replacement parts
  • Chin straps, comfort pads, cleaning wipes, and similar hygiene products
  • Power supplies, batteries, power adapters, and related components
πŸ’‘ Important Sizing Tip: If you are unsure about sizing, compatibility, or part numbers, please contact our support team before opening the package. Once the seal is broken, these hygiene items cannot be returned.

3. Return Process (RMA Required)

All returns require an approved RMA number.

  • Contact RespWave Customer Support to request an RMA.
  • Approved items must be shipped back within 10 business days of RMA issuance.
  • Returns received without an RMA may be refused or returned to the sender.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the original payment method and refund eligibility.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and financing interest are not refundable.

RespWave reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of use, damage, excessive wear, or missing components.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact RespWave within 5 business days of delivery.

To expedite your claim, please include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box in your email.

Upon verification, RespWave will provide instructions and may, in certain cases, cover return shipping for confirmed errors or manufacturer defects.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return policy above if applicable.

7. Warranty Information

Certain RespWave products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

8. Return Abuse & Policy Enforcement

RespWave reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, or policy violations.
