RespWave ships orders within the contiguous United States only and is committed to delivering your purchase as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping timelines, delivery responsibility, and important policies.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Availability

RespWave currently ships only to addresses located within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Other U.S. territories
  • International destinations

3. Delivery Addresses

A valid physical street address is required for all orders.

RespWave does not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Freight forwarding services
  • Package forwarding companies
  • Unverified third-party forwarding addresses

Orders submitted with unsupported shipping addresses may be delayed or canceled if shipping cannot be fulfilled.

4. U.S. Domestic Shipping Time

Orders shipped within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier transit times, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or other factors beyond RespWave’s control.

ℹ️ Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

RespWave ships orders using reputable third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other comparable carriers, depending on destination, package size, and service availability.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier and shipping method for each order unless a specific shipping option is selected at checkout.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated as part of a promotional offer.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and carrier surcharges are non-refundable.

7. Delivery Responsibility & Carrier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, RespWave is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier or other third-party services.

If a shipping issue occurs, RespWave will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in working with the carrier to investigate or resolve the issue; however, resolution (including replacement or refund) is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

8. Signature Requirements

For high-value items or certain product categories, RespWave may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure secure receipt of the order.

Orders marked as “signature required” will not be left unattended by the carrier.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

RespWave is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
